How do I apply for a trade account

To apply for a trade account, please complete the Apply for a Trade Account form on the Contact Us section. Please allow five working days for a sales agent to be in touch.

Can I apply for a credit account

We only accept credit account applications from companies with established trading with Core Products. They can submit an application, along with two trade references, that will be considered by our accounts department. Unfortunately, customers who operate online DHD orders only are not eligible. For more info, contact your agent or complete the General Enquiry Form on the Contact Us page.

What payment options do you offer

On our website you can pay by most major credit and debit cards as well as the option to pay by PayPal. For phone orders, we offer the additional option to pay by BACS. We no longer accept cheques.

What delivery service options do you offer

We offer both Direct Home Delivery and bulk order. For DHD orders to mainland UK, please allow up to 3-5 working days. We always try to dispatch orders placed before 11am the same day. For bulk orders, they are transported via pallet with a kerbside delivery. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for mainland UK.

I'm not a retailer but would like to buy your product

Unfortunately, as we are trade only we only supply our registered members. If you search for the product online you will be alerted to our retail members where you can purchase stock items

What are your products made of

Our furniture is made of environmentally friendly pine, mdf and oak veneers. For more information on each range, please consult our brochure.

I have received an item and there is a damaged part

Please complete the form on our Parts Request. All information you require will be printed on your delivery note receipt that shipped with your product.

I need parts and I don't have a delivery note

Please email parts@coreproducts.co.uk with a description of the part required, the product code, batch number, the company name, your address and photographic evidence of the damage.

Where can I see your current brochure

It can be viewed on our website. If you require a physical copy, please complete a Marketing Support Request in the Contact Us section or contact your agent.

How can I check product stocks

Our website features live stock and should always be the first point of call for product stock enquiries. It is possible to download a .csv stock file once you are logged into the website. We can also provide access to our FTP for integrated stock feeds. Complete a Marketing Support Request in the Contact Us section.

I'm looking for the price of a product

Unfortunately, as we are trade only we can only supply prices to our registered customers. These can be seen by logging in to our members section.

I've forgotten my log on details or they aren't working

If you have not used your account in over a year, it may have been archived. Please use the Contact Us section to get in touch, or call the office direct. If you have forgotten your details, please complete the forgotten my details form on our Online Account activation page.

I've not received an invoice for my order

All invoices are automatically emailed out upon dispatch of order to the contact details you provided. Please check your inbox and spam mail.

I'm looking for assembly instructions for a product

Once logged in, you can download assembly instructions for each product on their respective page. If you are an end consumer, please complete the End Consumer Enquiry from in the Contact Us section.

I'm looking for product images

Please complete a Marketing Support Request in the Contact Us section or contact our marketing department by phone. Please note we are unable to provide CD's or USB. The images will be distributed by Google Drive.

I'm looking for product dimensions

Once logged into our website, a product spec sheet can be viewed for all products. If you require more information, please complete the Marketing Support Request in the Contact Us section.

I can't see the product I want on your website

Unfortunately, as we are constantly updating our catalogue and introducing new products this likely means the product has been discontinued and is no longer available. Please contact our sales team for further assistance.

When will a product be back in stock

Once you are logged in, any items out of stock will list a date for delivery of new stock. While these are always provisional dates that are subject to change, it provides a good indication of timeframe.

Can I reserve an out of stock item

When an item is out of stock it can still be ordered as normal. Payment must be made as normal and the item will be dispatched automatically when it arrives.

Tracking delivery of my order

All carrier details are on the invoice that is emailed out upon dispatch of order. If you are the end consumer, please contact your supplier.

I'm looking for an extra part such as a shelf

We can sell additional parts upon request if availability allows. Please email parts@coreproduct.co.uk with your request including product code and part number.

Do you deliver overseas

Yes, but not for DHD orders. Due to the costs involved in shipping overseas it is not a viable option. For pallet or container orders we can provide prices depending on destination. Please contact us for more information
